In the era of the omnimedia,information is everywhere,and soft porn is ambushing.Some bad information related to “sex” can easily lead to extremely poor induction to adolescents in critical periods of physical and mental development,affecting the mental health and moral values of adolescents,and in recent years,teenage abortion,juvenile sexual crimes and AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases Social problems such as younger age and continued increase are rising.Inresponse to these phenomena,and to implement the fundamental tasks of “promote morality and nurture personnel”,this research is fully conducive to modern information technology and information resources.Try to use the MOOC to develop sex education in high school biology teaching,and explore a teaching model with strong operation and good effect.Sex education through the integration of online and offline and textbook entry points to achieve the unification of independent courses and infiltration education,ease the conflict between college entrance examination and sex education,and provide an effective way for young people to acquire scientific sexual knowledge.This study used the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,textbook analysis,educational experiment and statistical analysis to carry out research.The main research contents include:(1)relevant research progress at home and abroad;(2)feasibility analysis of using MOOC to carry out sex education in high school biology teaching;(3)teaching practice research.First of all,the literature content research method is used to clarify the research status of domestic and foreign MOOC,the general situation of domestic and foreign sex education,and the research status of domestic use of MOOC to carry out sex education.Then,the feasibility analysis of using MOOC course to carry out sex education in high school biology,feasibility analysis combined with questionnaire survey method and textbook analysis method from high school biology curriculum,high school students characteristics,school teaching software and hardware,MOOC course mobile equipment and network conditions were studied.The results showed that it is feasible.Finally,the teaching practice is carried out by the educational experiment method.The practice target is the high-level students of DaKai Senior High School in Guigang City.It is conducted in the form of “identical group's experiment”,and the learning mode of the class is the class meeting.The results of the experimental subjects were statistically analyzed by T test.The pretest results were: total score P=0.824>0.05,sexual recognition dimension P=0.662>0.05,sexual value dimension P=0.683>0.05,sexual adaptation dimension P=0.586>0.05.It shows that there is no difference between the experimental class and the control class,and there is no significant difference in the sexual understanding dimension,the sexual value dimension and the sexual adaptation dimension.It can be seen that the experimental class and the control class are suitable as practical objects.The results of the T test of the post-test results,the experimental and control classes scored P=0.000<0.05,there was a significant difference,the average score of the total score of the experimental class was 11.36 points higher than the control class.The dimensions of each dimension were P=0.000<0.05,the dimension of sexual values was P=0.132>0.05,and the dimension of sexual adaptation was P=0.002<0.05.The results show that the combination of MOOC and sex education in biology teaching can increase students' sexual health knowledge and improve students' sexual understanding and sexual adaptability.Study draws the following two main conclusions:(1)From high school biology curriculum,high school students' characteristics,school teaching software and hardware,MOOC curriculum selection and its platform teaching function,school and parent attitudes,and student mobile equipment and network conditions,etc.It is feasible to carry out sex education in combination with MOOC in teaching.(2)The use of MOOC in high school biology teaching to carry out systematic education can increase students' sexual health knowledge,enhance students' sexual health awareness,and improve students' ability in self-adaptation,social adaptation,and sexual control.
