| MOOC is massive open online courses.MOOC has developed quickly from 2008 when it was mentioned first time to 2013 in only few years.It has several advantages.For example: massive,open,online and free resources etc.And those advantages has attracted a lot of scholars all over the world.Its spring up has taken a number of opportunities and challenges for higher education.Besides It has taken influences for basic education.At present,most of the scholars’ researches of “MOOC” are about the challenges and countermeasures to higher education.In this paper,writer through literature to understand the background of “MOOC”,the research status at home and abroad,the basic characteristics of “MOOC” and the unique advantages compared with the traditional education,through the experimental method using experience of “MOOC” in higher education in the process of implementation,trying to apply “MOOC” in high school biology teaching.These are in order to cultivate students’ awareness of autonomous learning,arouse the enthusiasm of students to learn biology and improve the biology student achievement,and to analyze the problems encountered in the implementation and the solution.The purpose of this paper is based on the characteristics of “MOOC”,and combined with the existing problems in the teaching of biology in senior high school.And this paper raises how to apply the “MOOC” to the biology teaching in high school to explore the effective teaching methods.How to improve the quality of biology teaching in senior high school and how to change the traditional mode of "transfer-acceptance" into the initiative of students to seek knowledge and fully embody the principle of Humanism.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.“MOOC” can improve students’ academic performance.Through the small test after class,and through the analysis of the SPSS software,we can find that there are significant differences in the results of “MOOC” class and control class;2.“MOOC” can enhance communication and cooperation ability of students through the questionnaire.After class,69% students think that the teaching mode of "MOOC" can make the number of exchanges between students and teachers and students,discussion and implementation process can enhance the ability of communication and cooperation between students;3.“MOOC” is not long time for students.Because it will increase the burden on students.Implementation of the "MOOC" by flipping the classroom before the class is implemented,students need to complete the task assigned by the teacher,which will occupy students’ spare time and increase the burden of students;4.“MOOC”has a certain degree of difficulty in implementation.The implementation of “MOOC” needs to be carried out in the case of hardware facilities and it is difficult to implement in the economy relatively backward areas.There is also a difficulty,"MOOC" is in the students’ autonomous learning ability on the basis of the implementation by the Chinese senior high school students in 18 independent ability is relatively weak,it will become a stumbling block for the implementation of the "MOOC".This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the application of “MOOC” in biology teaching in senior high school:The first part introduces the background and significance of this study,domestic and foreign research,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation of this paper;The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis of "MOOC";The third chapter is the analysis of the status of implementation of "MOOC" in biology teaching in senior high school,including the comparison with the traditional teaching mode,a tentative attempt of "MOOC" platform in basic education,the implementation of front-end analysis of the experiment and the "MOOC" in senior high school biology teaching;The fourth chapter is the results analysis and statistical processing.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and outlook,including the conclusions and discussions,the problems encountered in the implementation and Countermeasures.Through the study of this paper,I hope to bring the humble lesson to the implementation of the basic education stage. |
