With the development of China's economy and society and the deepening of higher education reform,the issue of teachers' development in higher education institutions has increasingly attracted the attention of the government and society.Improving the overall quality of the teaching staff is not only directly related to the quality and level of higher education,but also the fundamental requirement for the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.As an important group of college teachers,the career development of young female teachers in colleges and universities is related to the overall development of higher education.This paper takes the problems existing in the career development of young female teachers as the starting point,and analyzes the various factors affecting the career development of young female teachers in colleges and universities through field theory to help young female teachers improve their comprehensive ability,balance the relationship between the multiple role conflict,determine their role positioning,improve the efficiency of the practical work,promoting the sustainable development of the career,to provide talent support for the university education career.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the career development of young female teachers in colleges and universities through questionnaire survey.On this basis,starting from the sociological perspective of field theory,using Bourdieu's "capital","habits" and "field" concepts to analyze the development of young teachers in colleges and universities,and find that young female teachers are in the edge of colleges and universities due to the role of habitus and the lack of cultural capital,economic capital,and social capital.On the one hand,young female teachers need to find out their role positioning and accumulate their own capital on the basis of adapting to the current situation;on the other hand,they also need the top-level design of colleges and universities,so as to realize the benign development of young female teachers in colleges and universities.Finally,based on the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward a series of measures to promote the career development of young female teachers in universities and colleges from the three aspects of individuals,universities and society.
