| Let the people live a better life is the concrete manifestation of our Party's purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.To build a well-off society in an all-round way,we must eradicate poverty and get rid of poverty accurately.The data show that the number of students with financial difficulties(including those with special difficulties)in Shannxi colleges and universities is about 219,200,and the percentage of students with financial difficulties(including those with special difficulties)in families is about 25%to 30%of the total number of full-time students in 2018.In order to solve the living and learning problems of poor students in colleges and universities,every provincial education authorities have formulated many policies and solved the difficulties of poor students.In order to accurately aid financially and educate students,Shaanxi Province has carried out partner assistance work for poor students in colleges and universities,so as to have policies,arrangements and implementation,and effectively promote the poverty alleviation of poor students in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.In the work of pairing assistance in colleges and universities in Shaanxi,we should pay attention to understanding the ideological situation of pairing assistance targets^ grasping the vi.ews of poor students on this work,and their thoughts and aspirations how to realize getting rid of their own poverty.This is helpful for further targeted ideological education and effective help,so as to effectively improve the quality of pairing assistance poor students in colleges and universities.Taking Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era,the socialism core values and the theory of man's all-round development of human beings as the guiding ideology,this paper is based on promoting the all-round and healthy development of poor college students in the new era.Starting with the psychological healthy problems and spiritual needs of the partner helping poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities,and aiming at the effectiveness of ideological education for poor college and university students in the partner helping,this paper uses modern psychological measurement theory and technology,statistical analysis theory and tools to analyze the empirical survey data of pair assistance in four universities in Shaanxi,China.This paper designs a questionnaire and an interview outline with good validity and reliability,and uses this questionnaire to conduct the survey,and obtains the longitudinal data in the investigation.Using software SPSS,this paper quantitatively analyzed the longitudinal data of the mental health3,ideological status quo and the effectiveness of ideological education of the samples in pairing assistance,and obtained the corresponding quantitative results of the sample data,which can provide scientific data and material for further partner assistance work.The results of the survey and statistical analysis show that:There is a positive correlation between partner assistance and the ideological maturity,mental health and political progress of the participating students(samples),that is to say,on the whole,it can promote the ideological progress of the participating students(samples).This paper also analyses the factors that affect the effectiveness of ideological education of college students with financial difficulties from the aspects of personal factors,family reasons,school reasons and social reasons.Then it put forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological education for poor students in colleges and universities from the aspects of renewing educational concept,enriching educational content,perfecting pair-aid policy,establishing pair-aid team with the combination of full-time and part-time,taking various measures to educate people,and establishing pair-aid evaluation mechanism of students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities. |
