Using what kind of teaching materials and carrying out what kind of education are much related to national's personnel training.And president ? stressed that excellent personnel training maters on strengthening students' moral cultivation,The moral cultivation here concludes students'moral and law education,which lead students to form the habit of observing law and discipline.The fourth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee proposed that we should put law education into our national education system,and set up Rule of law Curriculum in both primary and middle school.The spirit of setting this kind of course provides regular patterns to guide moral and law education.From then on,the education department called it Morality and Rule of Law instead of ideological and political course during compulsory education stage.And the education departmen t itself prepared teaching materials,which have been come into use among all the primary and middle schools' starting age since September,2016.Middle school students stand on a key situation where ideology and morality as well as values are coming into being.And they urgently need some guide and effective assistance.The new teaching materials of Moral and Law education take both middle school students' life pattern and their own development demands.And this course takes educating people as a fundamental task,raising core accomplishment as a specific direction,using the way of m oral education to focus on the task during students',growth process.Moral and Law education has a positive effect towards both students'life and growth.However,how the real situations Moral and Law course are and whether it meets the basic theory of New Curriculum,we need concrete research.This paper take both eight middle schools' teachers and students as respondents in Ankang city,and the questionnaire concludes the implementation environment of the course,the basic theory of the course,the situation of teachers' professional development,teachers' teaching condition,students5 learning condition,the evaluation of the course,the development and use of teaching material,altogether 7 parts,which were used to do the survey.The findings vividly show us current situation of this course in Ankang city,as well as the effective points and what's gone wrong during the implementing period of the course.And the paper still do some analysis and thinking work toward the questionnaire findings in order to find out some reasonable solutions to provide some basis in fact according to Moral and Law course's reform and implementation.
