With the implementation and development of the new round of curriculum reform,the discipline of morality and rule of law put more emphasis on the value of moral education of Chinese excellent traditional culture and highlights the idea of culture education throughout the whole course.It is an important means to enhance the attraction and effectiveness of the teaching of morality and rule of law.But the traditional culture is extensive and profound,how to select the traditional culture which is close to the students' reality and promote the development of the discipline is the difficulty of the construction of the discipline of morality and rule of law.Developing school-based curriculum of etiquette education is an important way to implement the concept of cultural education,and it is also an important measure to shape students' personality,promote teachers' professional development and highlight the characteristics of school education.The school-based curriculum of etiquette education developed by teachers of morality and rule of law in D Junior high school has gained certain experience accumulation and is exemplary.Therefore,this study will take D Junior high school as a case and based on the analysis of the current situation of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of etiquette education,this paper summarizes its practical experience and puts forward optimization suggestions,so as to provide reference for the school-based curriculum construction of morality and rule of law.This study is divided into four parts:The first part: This part summarizes the theory of school-based curriculum of morality and rule of law etiquette education in Junior high school.On the basis of defining relevant concepts,this part explains the basic content of etiquette education and the basic procedures of etiquette education school-based curriculum development,and focuses on the practical significance of Junior high school moral and rule of law subject in etiquette education school-based curriculum development.The second part: D Junior high school morality and rule of law etiquette education school-based curriculum development background.On the basis of introducing the general situation of D junior high school and school-based curriculum management,this part expounds the development basis of school-based curriculum of morality and rule of law discipline etiquette from four aspects of school characteristic concept,subject curriculum requirements,student demand survey and teacher resource evaluation.The third part: D Junior high school morality and rule of law etiquette education school-based curriculum development status.This part specifically focuses on the curriculum objectives,curriculum contents,curriculum implementation process and implementation effect of the school-based course of etiquette education in D Junior high School.The fourth part: The conclusion and suggestion of school-based curriculum development of moral and legal etiquette education in D Junior high school.This part aims at the implementation of the school-based curriculum of etiquette education in the discipline of morality and rule of law in D school,combined with interview records and questionnaire survey,summarizes the experience of school-based curriculum development and practice of etiquette education in D Junior high school.At the same time,we find and reflect on the shortcomings of school-based curriculum practice in D Junior high school,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
