In the new era,deepening the Curriculum Reform in an all-round way to promote the fundamental task of cultivate human-being is the basic requirement in all kinds of subjects and learning sections,which requires carrying out core accomplishment.From quality education to core accomplishment,ideological and political course need to head for deep learning.But there are some surface phenomenons among high school' s ideological and political teaching,which block the cultivation of core accomplishment about high school students.From this perspective,besides documentation,interview and observation,textual studies,this paper also takes questionnaire among parts of teachers and students in LinFen city,which focused on students'learning method as well as teachers' teaching process of Ideological and Political Course.Therefore,the author analyzed some surface problems in teaching process after intensive communication with front-line teachers,and also summarized reasons and found out solutions to achieve deep teaching from the perspective of teacher,student and society.The first chapter summarizes the research background,both theoretical and practical significance as well as research status and research methods.The second chapter concludes concepts and definitions of core accomplishment,the core accomplishment of Ideological and Political Course,deep teaching and so on.There are also some theories,such as core accomplishment theory,deep teaching theory and life education theory.The third chapter describes the current situation of Ideological and political course of teachers'teaching factors,students',learning factors and teaching effects by questionnaire and communication's data.There are still some negative problems such as the current class spends to much time on knowledge imparting,as well as paying not enough attention to the process skills and students-core accomplishment.The fourth chapter analyse the deep reasons among the boundlessness of teachers' teaching horizon,the boundlessness of students' learning method,the influence of social circumstance.The fifth chapter puts out some solutions from above considerations,such as changing students' learning methods,improving teachers' quality,optimizing teaching process,carrying out a new teaching evaluation system which is inclined to core accomplishment.And all in all,these solutions are aimed at promoting surface teaching to deep teaching among Junior high school's Ideological and Political Course,which can promote core accomplishment to achieve the educational function of the course.
