A Study On The Present Situation Of Elementary And Middle School Cheerleading Advanced Schools In Naming District Of Guiyang City

Cheerleading is a new sports with unique charm and extensive stage,which has been sought after and loved by people all over the world,and has also set off an upsurge and waves in China in recent years.In order to further promote the extensive development and innovative dissemination of regional cheerleading,this paper takes the present situation of cheerleading in the advanced unit of cheerleading in Nanming District of Guiyang City as the research object.To carry out a systematic and comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current promotion form of cheerleading exercises in this area,in order to promote the efficient popularization and development of cheerleading exercises in this area,and at the same time to provide reference for the promotion of cheerleading exercises in primary and secondary schools in other districts,counties and cities.Let cheerleading sports help more primary and secondary schools to learnBirth groups.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview,questionnaire survey and so on.Through cluster sampling,16 advanced schools of cheerleading in Naming District of Guiyang City are selected as the research objects.This paper comprehensively investigates the project development of cheerleading advanced schools,and analyzes the campus culture,promotion form and restrictive factors of cheerleading.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)the cheerleading project has been carried out in primary and secondary schools in Nanming District for a short period of time.As a new project,the development of cheerleading is still in the initial growth stage,and the promotion content is mainly the flower ball cheerleading in dance cheerleading.However,the leaders in this area attach great importance to it,and cheerleading has been brought into the normal work of campus physical education in this area.(2)the development form of cheerleading is mainly community,training team and large class,and the content of the course is relatively scarce.Moreover,there is a phenomenon of "falsehood" in the development of cheerleading in private primary and secondary schools,the interruption of project inheritance is more serious,and the supervision system of advanced units is missing.(3)the cheerleading teachers are younger.Hua,mainly female teachers,but as cheerleading coach professional span is large,non-sports dance professional background is more,professional cheerleading teachers are relatively scarce.The way of teacher participation in training is mainly at the district level.(4)the class opening rate of cheerleading course in physical education teaching is low,and the large class is the main means to popularize cheerleading in this area,but the construction form of cheerleading campus culture is relatively single.Mainly to propagandize exhibition board.(5)cheerleading training team is mostly based on the community,the training team lacks a long-term training system,so Nanming District lacks the experience of holding high-end competitions and the practical experience of athletes participating in the competition.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward:(1)the long-term supervision mechanism of cheerleading advanced units should be constructed by the cheerleading committee to monitor regularly to prevent the cheerleading advanced units from being nameless.(2)cheerleading teachers go hand in hand with "going out" in parallel with "leading in".Improve the local cheerleading teacher training system,establish the selection of high-quality teachers to send out training,return to the district to do a good job of training in the district,and implement the responsibility support mechanism.(3)set up special cheerleading training funds,through the introduction of event sponsorship,Strengthen the guarantee of competition funds.(4)construct the conventional training mechanism,strengthen the construction of echelons and enrich the campus culture,broaden the content and form of cheerleading teaching and training,and encourage participation.International and domestic related events.
