| Cheerleading has developed rapidly since it was introduced into China.As a new sport,it plays a certain role in the physical and mental development of students and the construction of school sports culture.In response to the relevant policies of "one school,one ball and one exercise" on campus,provinces and cities began to vigorously promote cheerleading.Secondly,the State advocates that students should develop in a healthy and all-round way.According to its own characteristics,cheerleading can promote and cultivate students’ abilities in all aspects.And because of its unique charm,it is loved by people from all walks of life,especially primary school students,so it has a broad mass base.This study takes the current situation and Countermeasures of Cheerleading in primary schools in Nanming District of Guiyang as the research object,and randomly selects 960 students and 64 PE teachers from 32 primary schools in Nanming District as the research object.Through a variety of research methods,this paper investigates and analyzes the situation of Cheerleading in primary schools in Nanming District of Guiyang,finds out the problems existing in its development,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the better development of Cheerleading in Guiyang.Research conclusion:1.At present,the development of primary school cheerleading in Nanming District of Guiyang is good,but the development form and content are relatively single,mainly focusing on training competition and flower ball cheerleading,which leads to the unbalanced development of various forms and contents of Cheerleading in this district,which is not conducive to the all-round development of cheerleading.2.At present,there is a lack of Cheerleading venues and equipment in primary schools in this area.Secondly,the shortage of funds,the lack of systematic long-term training plan,the lack of Cheerleading event platforms and insufficient publicity are also important factors hindering the development of cheerleading.3.There are great gender differences among students participating in cheerleading,but the purpose of students participating in cheerleading is clear,the harvest is more,and they are generally supported by their parents.4.The professional span of Cheerleading teachers is large.Most of them come from aerobics,gymnastics and other similar majors,as well as some from track and field,ball games and other majors.And the training of Cheerleading professional knowledge and skills of most PE teachers is not perfect.5.Because cheerleading has been introduced into China for a short time,the theoretical system and all aspects of development are not perfect.Therefore,the development of Cheerleading in this area still has a long way to go.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the main problems in the development process of primary school cheerleading in Nanming District of Guiyang are: unbalanced development form and content,no systematic and long-term training plan,too few Cheerleading Competition platforms,insufficient funds and single source channels,lack of field equipment and facilities,weak cheerleading teachers,low professional level and insufficient publicity,Low popularity and large gender differences among cheerleading participants.In view of the problems existing in the development of Cheerleading in primary schools in this area,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures: balance the development form and content of cheerleading,formulate a long-term and systematic training plan,expand the platform of Cheerleading events,broaden the source of funds,increase the investment of venue equipment,improve the professional level of teachers,expand the team of Cheerleading teachers,increase publicity,and actively carry out various activities of cheerleading Improve teachers’ and students’ understanding of cheerleading,change ideas and narrow gender differences. |
