“Kindergarten teachers' sense of professional gain” is a kind of subjective psychological feeling of kindergarten teachers about “career acquisition”.In view of the occupational “acquisition” of practitioners mainly including material acquisition,job achievement and social recognition,the kindergarten teachers' career senses are related to the experience of material satisfaction,job satisfaction and social respect.Among them,the former is a sense of material acquisition,and the latter two belong to the sense of spiritual acquisition.This study uses the method of narrative research to deeply describe the professional acquisition of the S and L kindergarten teachers in G City A Kindergarten.It is found that the S and L kindergarten teachers are insufficient in sense of occupation,which is expressed with lower satisfaction of material demand,low sense of achievement about the work and social respect has passivated.The reason is that the “professional gains” of kindergarten teachers are mainly influenced by external stimuli and the inherent susceptibility of teachers.First of all,the kindergarten teachers are lack of material stimulation and mental stimulation from the outside world,which showed as "It is necessary to run the horse but not give the horse grass","filled with work blood but difficult to sway" and "the professional identity is despised".Secondly,different kindergarten teachers have different inner feelings that they have actually obtained,which is shown in two kinds,people who have same “acquisitions” but different “feelings” and people who have different “acquisitions” and different “feelings”.Therefore,in order to enhance the sense of professional acquisition of kindergarten teachers,on the one hand,it is necessary to greatly improve the material treatment and spiritual care of kindergarten teachers so as to enhance their “external stimulation”;on the other hand,it is necessary to actively guide kindergarten teachers to self-exist introspection in order to enhance their “intrinsic sensitivity".
