With the deepening and development of the new round of curriculum reform,the new concept of "constructing an active discipline curriculum dominated by cultivating the core quality of ideological and political disciplines" put forward by the ideological and political disciplines in high schools has become a hot topic for curriculum reform and development.How to cultivate the core quality of the subject and make the active subject curriculum take root has become an important issue in the current curriculum reform.As a new teaching mode,issue-based teaching is an important way to cultivate the core quality of discipline and to shape the active subject curriculum.How to implement the issue-oriented teaching model into the political subject teaching of high school is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.The research on the construction of the subject teaching model of political subjects in senior high schools can lay the theoretical foundation for the implementation of the subject teaching model.Therefore,the study on the construction of the subject teaching model is of great importance.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the subject teaching model,the paper presents the construction results of the subject teaching model with a clear logical structure through investigation and case analysis methods.The whole research consists of four parts: First,the introduction part mainly expounds the background,significance,and research summary of the construction of the issue-based teaching model.Secondly,it clarifies the theoretical basis and connotation of the issue-based teaching model,expounds the characteristics of the issue-oriented teaching model,and puts forward its value in the high school ideological and political disciplines.Thirdly,the paper investigates and analyzes the practical needs of the construction of the issue-based teaching model,and provides practical basis for the construction of issue-based teaching model.Finally,the author clarifies the constituent elements of the issue-based teaching model,proposes the method of constructing the issue-based teaching model,and constructs the operating procedure of the issue-based teaching model.In addition,the paper points out some problems that should be paid attention to in the operation of topical teaching model.The issue-based teaching model is centered on topics,situations,issues,and activities.It embodies the essence of various teaching methods and meets the requirements of the new course reconstruction and activity curriculum.Students are allowed to gain experience and skills in participating in social life in their own experience of learning activities,stimulate students 'interest in participating in social life,and gradually develop students' correct values,key abilities,and necessary characters.
