3D printing is a kind of digital material-adding manufacturing technology,which breaks through the multiple limitations of traditional material-reducing manufacturing,brings more possibilities for innovation and expands the thinking space of innovators.Schools at home and abroad all have taken 3D printing technology as a breakthrough for innovative education.Chinese vocational schools have also set up the major of 3D printing technology.However,there is a lack of matching textbooks for the course of 3D printing offered by various schools at present,lead to the course is not carried out in depth enough to give full play to the teaching potential of 3D printing.Therefore,it is necessary to develop suitable 3D printing textbooks for secondary vocational students.This paper puts forward the design idea of "dynamic posture " for textbooks,which is based on meeting the use demands of textbooks,and tries to provide a feasible way for the development of 3D printing textbooks from a new perspective for secondary vocational schools.The word "dynamic posture" was originally used by Scheler·M to describe people,referring to people who have been in a life posture of positive,constantly generated,vibrant.Professor Guo Xiaoming introduced "dynamic posture" into the curriculum field to express that knowledge exists in textbooks in an active,open and evolving way.With the characteristics of summoning power and circumstances,it can create the possible situation of "knowledge and human encounter"."Dynamic posture" textbooks focus on the dynamic generation of knowledge rather than the direct presentation.They advocate creating an environment for knowledge generation rather than directly inculcating knowledge.The idea of compiling textbooks has shifted from presenting factual knowledge to focusing on learning activities,which make the content of textbooks more instructional,and give full play to the guiding role of textbooks,and provide design schemes and materials for teaching activities.Students will acquire knowledge,construct knowledge system and enhance of learning enthusiasm in the created activity situation.This study introduces the design concept of dynamic posture textbook.First of all,the demands of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools were investigated.Then,Combining the survey results with the cognitive characteristics and life experience of these students as a basis for the development of textbooks.Finally,taking stimulating learning enthusiasm of students,improving their comprehensive ability and cultivating their creative thinking as the starting point,develop a complete set of 3D printing dynamic posture textbooks for secondary vocational schools.The textbooks includes a comprehensive knowledge system of 3D printing.It is equipped with teaching video and case model resource library.All of practical cases in the textbook create open exploratory learning situations.Students will learn through group cooperation to complete tasks to achieve dynamic generation of knowledge in the process of activities.It can cultivate their creative thinking and enhance comprehensive ability.This textbook pays attention to sense of learning achievement of students in order to stimulate their learning enthusiasm from within.These cases also incorporate the knowledge of adjacent disciplines and humanities to help improve professional ability and Humanities literacy of students.The textbook was tried out in Guizhou Machinery Industry School.Students were free to register and participate in learning.Classroom teaching was carried out according to the teaching process designed during the development of teaching materials.The practical results showed that the textbook and its teaching mode can meet the demands of the secondary vocational schools to carry out 3D printing courses to a certain extent.The 3D printing textbooks developed with the concept of dynamic posture can effectively stimulate interest of students,and cultivate their creative thinking,and enhance their comprehensive ability.However,compared with the traditional teaching method,this teaching model will increase some difficult of teaching of teachers.The research content of this paper can provide a useful reference for vocational schools to set up 3D printing courses.
