3D printing is one of the strategic emerging industries in China’s 13 th five-year plan,but there is a shortage of applied talents in 3D printing.Foshan established itself as a city by industry,but the proportion of secondary vocational manufacturing graduates in the corresponding enterprises declined significantly.3D printing is a newly established major.Professional development,course settings,course contents and resources are out of touch with the industry,requiring a lot of basic development.There are some problems in the supply side and the demand side of 3D printing personnel training in secondary vocational schools.Based on secondary development of 3D printing project-based curriculum as the research contents,through in-depth study of situational learning theory,constructivism learning theory and project-based curriculum development theory,this paper discovered the theory in courses and projects’ correlation;in connecting between learning projects and and work tasks;in completing the project in the situation and make the students become from beginner to be skilled,has a positive improvement.Through in-depth research on the enterprise talents demands and the current situation of school talents training,the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training of 3D printing talents in secondary vocational schools.Under the guidance of situational learning theory,constructivist learning theory and project-based curriculum development theory,this paper proposes the project-based curriculum methods and strategies for the development of 3D printing technical skills and talents,constructing a professional project-based curriculum system,determining the teaching contents of the project-based curriculum and developing relevant teaching resources.In the practical application of the project-based curriculum,we found that there are four difficulties,and put forward the corresponding crack methods.At last,through the questionnaire investigation on graduates who major in 3D printing,verifying the validity of the project-based curriculum development,finding that 3D printing project-based curriculum development have the obvious promoting effects in widening the graduates’ employment area,the improvement of post competency,professional ethics,cooperation consciousness and quality consciousness and so on.Curriculum setting in professional curriculum system can more joint personnel training target.3D printing skills training better meet the demand of enterprise talents and positions.This will provide a reference for the training of 3D printing professionals in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,it provides some new ideas for the curriculum of reforms of intelligent manufacturing and emerging industries in secondary vocational schools.
