At present, China's vocational education is at a critical period of development. Various types of vocational schools at all levels are faced with crisis of survival. And the revitalization of vocational education can not be separated from high-quality teaching standards. With the rapid development of information technology, information technology and vocational education courses for effective integration, thereby enhancing the quality of teaching at vocational schools have become the people to research and explore new areas. In this paper, this advanced constructivist learning theory to guide academic resource library building, has committed to building a scientific theory to guide the secondary vocational school of tourism geography teaching resource library for teaching in schools in grades 1 to open up new horizons, to help teachers improve teaching and students'learning results, in line with modern society, cultivate the required qualified workers.This article explores the current domestic and foreign information technology and a variety of teaching resources and library building situation, an analysis of constructivist theory of learning resources under the guidance of the Treasury building strategy and focus on four aspects in detail secondary vocational schools Tourism Geography Teaching Resources Library building: 1.
