In the epoke of information , network has greatly changed our lifestyle and made great progress to the whole society , whileas the negative function of network goes along with its advantage day by day , especially some online games , full of violence and pornography , have some negative influnce to more and more youngsters in many aspects , some children even get addicted to it . For the time being , this hot topic are drawing more attention from the schools , families , and the society . The key reason of internet addition lies in the deficient of media literacy .Based on two realistic backgrounds: firstly, the network addition causes harm to the youngsters; secondly, the network addition of the youngsters threatens the harmony of the families and the society, which request the society take certain measures to control the development of the negative influence.In the thesis I list some administrative measures the government are taking to bring it under control, also compared with the experience of the westen countries, then analysis the each effects, according to the current situation of our country , I put forward the countermeasures that is to carry out the media litercy education in the entire society .Media literacy education has its long history in westen countries, and obtain certain results. Carry out the network media literacy in schools , families and society , with the effort of the each part, we can cherish the young gereration to embrace a bright future.
