Research On The Health Habits Of Kindergarten Children In Inhospitable Areas ——Take T City D Kindergarten As An Example

Health habits is closely related to physical health,good health habits is the premise of health development and security,children’s physical and mental development characteristics determine its good health habits is particularly important,migrant children into resettlement kindergarten education,guide migrant children develop good health habits is the primary task of preschool education conservation,is to promote the necessary development of migrant children’s physical and mental health.In view of this,this study selected the health habits of children in D kindergarten at the poverty alleviation relocation point in Tongren city as the research object,and comprehensively analyzed the health habits of children in D kindergarten by using the observation method,interview method and questionnaire method.First of all,understand and analyze the status of children’s personal hygiene habits,food and public hygiene habits in D kindergarten.Secondly,find out the causes of children’s good health habits,the hidden negative effects of public health behaviors,the lack of children’s health habits and no effective two-way communication with migrant parents;the migrant parents have weak health awareness,poor health habits and lack of example.Finally,in view of the existing problems,combined with the cause analysis,the ecosystem theory puts forward feasible strategies from the aspects of society,migrant kindergarten,migrant families and so on.First,increase the employment of migrant parents through the mass media,promote health knowledge and create good health environment through the government,increase the frequency of teaching and research activities,implement the health curriculum plan and implementation,improve teachers’ comprehensive ability,provide effective communication between teachers and migrant parents,enhance health awareness,strengthen home cooperation and promote the coordinated development of health habits for migrant parents,and form the consistency of health habits.
