Research On Faculty Construction Of Support Staff Of R&D

The support staff of science and development is an integral part to agricultural universities,these occupations have taken part in the field of science and technology organization and service.However,it's rarely researched than other groups relatively due to many factors such as the current management method or the post evaluation system.Due to their special job responsibility and requirement,the stability,breadth and depth of science and technology development of agricultural universities could be influenced by the support staff which have been less accounted,less science research ability acquired,and managed with sloppiness.High efficiency and order between rural area and agricultural university could be restricted significantly on account of the faculty construction for support staff of science and development.On the basis of Hunan Agriculture University,this paper investigates the support staff of science and development in research platforms within this university.Through the collection and further analysis of existing literature,the meaning,classification,principal character were summarized,then the status such as job satisfaction and communication channels were reviewed.In the aspects of personnel training,salary management,post organization,assessment and incentive mechanism,the problems in the faculty construction of support staff of science and development at current stage was considered and analyzed preliminary.Through the empirical process,the job satisfaction and communication channels found from the support staff from several main research platform or research team were investigated by interview and questionnaire.By analysis the data generated through empirical process,this paper maintain the view that the situation and organizational efficiency shall be improved for the people who serve as support staff in an agricultural university.The support staff of science and development is worth regarding and scientifically anatomizing.In conclusion,by combined effect of scientific faculty construction adjustment,efficient incentive system,equitable post assignment and evaluation,the value of these talented,modest,diligent people will be represented mostly.
