Agricultural University has taken a great deal of responsibility in the new rural construction and professional personnel training. According to personnel strength is the inevitable choice of the development of agricultural universities. Real and important topics about the future of agricultural University and how the University is absorbing, stable, and cultivate more excellent teaching staff, as well as its construction and management. In the procedure of cultivating the core competence of colleges and universities, through the establishment of standardizing processes, optimize, and the scientific and reasonable system of teachers. All of above content is the key to the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities and the core.This paper takes higher college's faculty team as the research object. Based on the study of university teacher team, this paper focus research object on the method to build faculty team. The first part is introduction. This part mainly introduces the background, significance, research methods, research contents etc. The second part is basic theory. By constructing the introduced the concept of teaching teams and sources, combined with the special nature of the agricultural college. The third part takes four key agricultural universities as the case and analyzes its teaching staff status. For example, analyzes the current situation of teaching staff, teaching as well as its problems and difficulties, such as poor management and system, economization of the teaching management staff, and staff management. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward several on staff management of agricultural colleges and universities from their positions, objectives, concepts and ideas to stimulate the management system of teaching staff. Part IV is the core content of the article. According to the analysis in this chapter, from the useful experience of foreign-trained high school teachers training, combined with social reality, the methods and the construction of teaching staff recommendations in higher agricultural colleges to be formed. Staff team of teaching management reform to solve the problem should seek common feature of four key agricultural universities. Meanwhile, agricultural universities should explore their own individuality and specialties. What's more their successful experience of leading agriculture universities around the world should be used for reference.
