University Students' Career Planning Education

College students are young people with high levels of knowledge and creativity in the society.They belong to an important human resource of the country and are an important force in implementing the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.The employment problem of college graduates is not only related to thousands of "small homes",but also to China's economic development and social stability.In the face of the increasingly severe employment situation,how to alleviate the "difficult employment" of college students has aroused widespread concern.Carrying out vocational planning education in the higher education stage,encouraging students to recognize themselves,improve themselves,and improve employment competitiveness is an important guarantee for college students to successfully start their careers and live a happy life.Career planning education for college students is an important trend in the reform and innovation of higher education today.Career planning education adheres to the educational philosophy of people-oriented and people's free and comprehensive development as the ultimate goal.At present,the career planning education carried out among college students in China still stays at the level of employment guidance,and needs to be continuously improved.On the basis of existing research,this paper starts from the perspectives of pedagogy,psychology and other multi-disciplines,and uses relevant theories as the guidance,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to educate college students on career planning.The problem was discussed in a more in-depth systematic way.This paper follows the research idea of "Current Situation Investigation-Discovery Problem-Proposing Suggestion".Firstly,it expounds the core concepts and related theories involved in college students' career planning education,and then investigates the current situation of college students' career planning education.The main problems and causes of the existence were analyzed,and on this basis,the countermeasures to further strengthen and improve the career planning education of college students were put forward.
