The Analysis Of The Difficulties And Strtegies Of Rural Social Work Projectsin In The Early Stage Of Rural Revitalization Strategies

Under the guidance of the new era,new requirements,and new decisions of the party and the state,we must properly handle the “three rural issues”,promote the full opening of agriculture,and comprehensively improve the rural areas.The comprehensive development of peasants has become an important focus for the work of the party and the government.As a theoretical subject with rich theoretical foundation and social practical experience,social work has great potential in rural work.Under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,the “Beautiful Village” project was launched in X Village,Chongqing.Through the participation observation and visits in the initial work of the project,the author systematically analyzes and sorts out the predicament and coping strategies of the rural social work projects in the early stage,and elaborates on the role confusion of the project social workers in the service work in the initial stage of the project.And the dilemma of emotional exhaustion,the identity dilemma faced by the client for the project social worker and project service,thedilemma of talent shortage,supervision management and assessment,and the political environment,economic environment,cultural environment,etc.faced by the project at the beginning of the project.The dilemma brought about by the external objective environment.The project organization has actively taken corresponding measures to solve the problem.Through the implementation of project training,establishment of support network,and improvement of employee welfare,the project social workers have basically solved the predicament in the initial stage of their entry,and through the implementation of diversified project promotion and implementation of local projects.The service and the model of the villagers have greatly eased the dilemma of the service target.By cultivating the volunteer team,exploring local talents,and assigning project leaders,the measures to deal with the plight of the project organization have been greatly helped in the external environment.In terms of the dilemma,there is still no effective response method,but it has gradually improved under the strong advocacy of the government and society.This paper not only has a great reference for the specific work of rural social work projects in the early stage,but also accumulates work methods in coping strategies;it also has accumulated valuable experience for the development of rural social work.It has contributed to the revitalization of the countryside and the construction of rural communities.
