Dilemma Research In The Implementation Of The"Three Areas" Project Service In Gansu Province

In recent years,with the intensification of social problems and the innovation of the state governance model,the government has gradually become a popular trend in the purchase of social services.However,in the course of the implementation of specific services,the professional capacity of social workers directly affect the project purchaser,recipient units and clients on the recognition of social workers and the final results of the project.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the degree of specialization of social workers in the implementation of the project.This study mainly focuses on the "three areas" project in Gansu Province,taking the first-line social worker internship process as the starting point,and on the basis of elaborating the status of the professional social work practice in the process of project implementation,dilemma analysis and discussion,with a view to this on the basis of some ideas to solve the problem and recommendations.This paper expounds the practical difficulties faced by first-line social workers in the process of project implementation from three aspects: service subject,service object and service organization.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:That is,in the main body of the service to optimize the social work of professional curriculum design,to promote first-line social workers in the process of professional methods of localization,to enhance the professional sense of social work;At the level of the active object to explore the existing social support network intervention channels,in the integration of existing resources on the basis of strengthening the professional involvement of teachers in the hospital to enhance the recipient units to social workers service recognition;At the level of social workers,we will improve the professional training system for newly recruited social workers,take the project as the basis,innovate the supervision mode and improve the internal project management mechanism.
