With the development of market economy,the economic level has improved significantly,and the social pressure has increased.People pay more and more attention to knowledge and education.The backward education level in rural areas can not meet the needs of rural families who want their children to get a good education.Due to the transformation of family structure,the aging of society and the development of female professionalization,from the initial mother to the present,more and more parents of their ancestors have become the main force of accompanying reading,and the alternate generation of accompanying reading has become a main form of accompanying reading in rural areas.In the face of the change of living environment,the role transformation and the break of the old support network,the rural parents may face obstacles and difficulties from many aspects.Based on the qualitative research method,15 parents aged 60 and above in Q village of Anhui province were interviewed twice.The first interview attempted to understand their current situation of life,the difficulties in the process of accompanying reading and the failure of social support network.The secondinterview is mainly to understand the impact of home online teaching on the dilemma of accompanying reading during the epidemic situation,and to make supplementary interviews on the previously missing questions.Through combing the past literature and sorting out the interview data,the author analyzes the causes of secondary reading from three levels: individual,family and society.At the same time,the dilemma of secondary reading of parents in rural areas is summarized as: life dilemma,psychological dilemma,family relationship dilemma and realistic dilemma caused by epidemic situation.In view of the dilemma of accompanying reading,the author based on the theory of social support,combined with the content of interviews from the lack of formal social support and the absence of informal social support to analyze the various causes of the dilemma.Finally,based on the model of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper analyzes the diverse needs of parents in the process of accompanying reading from five aspects:physiological needs,emotional needs,belonging and love needs,respect needs and self-actualization needs.In view of the needs of the parents and the problems existing in the establishment of the social support network,this paper puts forward the three working methods of social work,which are involved in the dilemma of accompanying the parents from the three levels of case work,group work and community work,from the perspective of social work.We should give full play to the role of social workers as organizers,guides and influences,so as to help parents build the ability of self-perception and solving difficulties,repair and rebuild the social support network,so as to promote parents to adapt to the living environment of accompanying reading in cities and towns,and resolve the dilemma of accompanying parents in different generations.
