Characteristics Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Volunteer Service Of College Students

College students are the main force in the development of volunteer service activities.Volunteer service,as a carrier of college students’ social practice,provides support for mass life,social development and national construction while promoting the all-round development of college students.As the volunteer service activities of college students continue to advance,new features and new problems appearing in development are gradually emerging.In order to visually display these characteristics and problems,this study is based on the CNKI database,using the literature on the Volunteer Service Research of University Students from 1994 to2018 as the data source,using the dynamic network analysis technology and tools(CiteSpaceⅢ)for visual analysis,and research on the volunteer service of college students in China.The field is combed and analyzed to explore the hotspots of college students’ volunteer service and the characteristics of their development.At the same time,based on the visual analysis,the main problems of the current college students’ volunteer service activities are summarized and analyzed,and the countermeasures are proposed to make college students volunteer.The long-term development of services provides a reference.This paper is divided into the five parts..The first part is an introduction.Firstly,the research content of thispaper is introduced through the background of the topic.Secondly,the literatures related to information visualization and college volunteer service are reviewed.Then the research methods,research ideas and innovations are described.Finally,how to collect and process data is introduced.The second chapter describes the relevant theoretical basis and concepts needed for this article.Firstly,it expounds the theory of needs hierarchy,Marx social interaction theory and Marxist practice education ideas.Secondly,it discusses the concepts related to volunteer service and information visualization technology.The third chapter is the inductive analysis of the characteristics of the development of college students’ volunteer service through visual presentation.Firstly,CiteSpaceⅢ software is used to draw the visual map of college students’ volunteer service research,analyze the research hotspots and its evolution.Secondly,based on the hotspot evolution of each stage,the characteristics of college students’ volunteer service are summarized,and the reasons for the characteristics are analyzed.The fourth chapter is to explore the problems of college students’ volunteer service activities.Through detailed combing of the literature on college students’ volunteer service research,the map is further explored,based on the results of visual analysis of college students’ volunteer service hotspots and characteristics,objectively summarizing theproblems existing in college students’ volunteer service and exploring the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure analysis.Aiming at the problems arising in the volunteer service activities of college students,this paper proposes to establish a sound and effective system of volunteer service guarantee mechanism,improve the professional quality and service ability of college students,and strengthen the network management of college students’ voluntary organizations.
