Secondary vocational education occupies an important core position in the vocational education system,which is not only crucial but also indispensable.School-enterprise cooperation has become an inevitable trend in the development of vocational education in the new era.Therefore,Chinese secondary vocational schools pay more attention to the new ways,new measures of school-enterprise cooperation.School-enterprise cooperation can not only solve the current shortage of talent training in secondary vocational schools,but also fully meet the needs of enterprises for various types of talents,further promoting the accurate docking of secondary vocational school graduates and enterprises in urgent need of jobs.It provides front-line shortage of talents for actively responding the supply-side structural reform so that it can reduce the production costs of enterprises.If secondary vocational schools want to seek long-term development in the competitive social environment,they must conduct in-depth research on school-enterprise cooperation,which has far-reaching practical significance for both schools and enterprises.With the deepening and expansion of university-enterprise cooperation way,university-enterprise cooperation theory and practice aspects are to be further strengthened,thereby solving the problems with the not enough depth in immediate university-enterprise cooperation between school and enterprise cooperation teachers' lack of structure,professional and student ability insufficiency,the unreasonable school curriculum,enterprise factors: lack of motivation,lack of local government support,and many practical others.This paper is based on the report of the 19 th national university of China,under the guidance of "deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation".This paper uses the cooperation theory and stakeholder theory as the main research basis.From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation practice,this paper takes the first secondary vocational school in Lhasa city as the research object for systematic analysis and specific research.At the same time,a series of practical problems encountered in the process of school-enterprise cooperation of the first secondary vocational school in Lhasa are analyzed in an all-round way by means of questionnaire survey on school-enterprise cooperation.The author tentatively proposed the school to add Depth of strong cooperation with enterprises,the construction of "double division type" think-tank team,the cultivation of students' ability strengthening,the reasonable courses in professional adjustment,the enthusiasm of enterprises to speed up the promotion university-enterprise cooperation,the support of local government and a series of specific countermeasures strengthening,further speed up deepening Lhasa the first secondary vocational schools university-enterprise cooperation development mode from the school,the enterprise and the government three angles in order to realize the deep connection between schools and enterprises,and continuously and steadily strengthen the innovation ecological environment of close cooperation among secondary vocational schools,enterprises and economic society in Tibet,and provide necessary reference basis for the economic prosperity and development of Tibet.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter explains the background and significance of school-enterprise cooperation of the first secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa,and briefly reviews and analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods.Chapter two explains the concepts of vocational education,secondary vocational education and the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation,and takes the cooperation theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis.Chapter three is on an overview of school-enterprise cooperation in the first secondary vocational technical school in Lhasa,as well as school-running characteristics,school-enterprise cooperation process,cooperation cases and questionnaire survey.Chapter four is about the primary problems in the school-enterprise cooperation of the first secondary vocational and technical school in Lhasa.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the three aspects of school,enterprise and government.Through the concrete practice and exploration in this field,the sustainable and healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation in the first secondary vocational and technical school of Lhasa will be further promoted.
