In the current evaluation system of the main courses of physical education major in physical education colleges and universities,there is a problem of disconnection between the content and criteria of assessment and the objectives of the courses.Students stay in the stage of learning sports technology more,and achieve the stage of mastering sports skills less.In terms of examination methods,the final examination results are only a score,which can not accurately measure the stage of students'sports skills,and lack of quantitative research[4-6].In this regard,this paper takes the assessment content,assessment criteria and assessment methods of table tennis major sports skills in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education as the entry point,and analyses the causes of the problems and corresponding solutions.Referring to the National Juvenile Table Tennis grade 9 examination system,based on the actual level of students majoring in table tennis in physical education of Guangzhou Sport University,this paper conducts a structured interview with experts and teachers of table tennis major course in Guangzhou Sport University,and consults the experts and teachers of table tennis major in physical education in terms of overall structure design,content index selection,difficulty coefficient and so on.Standard formulation and other related issues lay a solid theoretical foundation for the formulation of table tennis major sports skills examination framework in Guangzhou Sport University.According to the content and standard of the examination,90students of table tennis major in Physical Education in Guangzhou Sport University were selected by stratified random sampling method.The content and standard of the examination were tested and verified respectively.?1?Grade Examination Framework:The system of"three grades and six grades"is adopted,which is divided into three grades:elementary,middle and advanced,with1 to 6 grades built in.The primary level is 1-2;the middle level is 3-4;the higher level is 5-6.Primary and middle school students majoring in table tennis in physical education of Guangzhou Sport University must pass the grade,while advanced?2?Grading content:5 indicators per level,a total of 6 levels,a total of 30grading content indicators.Each level consists of three parts:service technology,basic technology and combination technology.The first level is to master the sports skills of forehand and backhand offensive topspin ball;the second level is to master the sports skills of rubbing down spin ball and pulling up spin ball;the third level is to master the sports skills of forehand pulling up,backspin ball and processing hemisphere;the fourth level is to master the sports skills of backhand pulling down spin ball and backspin ball;the fifth level is to master the skills of controlling short,splitting long and receiving fast belt arc.Round-the-ball technique is the main sport skill;Level 6 is to master the forehand and backhand all-stage offensive technique as the main sport skill.Sports skills among different levels are integrated,penetrated and progressive,forming a table tennis skill mastery process of"weak attack weak defense strong defense strong attack".?3?Examination criteria:According to the technical and tactical characteristics of table tennis,sports skills can be operable and quantified by means of technical evaluation,landing point,time limit,counting and success rate.The standard validation tests of table tennis major students in Physical Education Majors of 2017,2016 and 2015 were carried out for elementary?grade 1-2?,middle?grade 3-4?and higher?grade 5-6?respectively.The results of the verification test are basically in line with the experts'predictions.The difficulty of the grading standards is on the upper middle level,higher than the actual level of the current students.The number of students who meet the standards is on the low side.Males and females adopt the same standards.The passing rate of girls is lower than that of boys,which belongs to the normal situation.
