The application of micro-lecture in high school English teaching is not only a hot topic,but also as a realistic need.It is more and more urgent in educational informationization.It has three research significance in theoretical level,level of cognition and practice.This paper is based on literature analysis,questionnaire survey and action research,and the main content is composed of three parts:pre-phase analysis,teaching design and practice operation and optimization.Specifically:First of all,this study discusses the research background,research significance,concept definition,theoretical basis,domestic and foreign research status and research design of micro-lecture teaching in high school English teaching.The development of micro-lecture theory research in recent five years has been discussed.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems of high school English teaching,analyzes the existing problems of high school English teaching from the perspectives of pre-class,in-class and after-class,and expounds the characteristics of high school English micro-lecture distinguishing from traditional classroom and other disciplines.And from the three main aspects--subject itself,the main body of learning and teaching,it demonstrates the micro-lecture's applicability in high school English teaching applicability.Thirdly,based on the results of the previous analysis,it sets forth the teaching design and application modes of the micro-lecture in the high school English teaching.The research mainly elaborates the steps and methods of the high school English teaching design from the design principle,the content selection and the production process.And based on the three major problems in the analysis of high school English teaching in the previous analysis,three kinds of English micro-lecture operational modes--the pre-class micro-lecture application based on the flip classroom mode,the application of micro course in the classroom teaching and the application of students'extra-curricular learning.Then,on the basis of pre-analysis and teaching design,the practice and optimization of high school English micro-course teaching were carried out.213 high school English teachers and high school students were randomly selected to investigate the general situation of English and school,as well as the overall understanding of English micro-lecture.It also includes field visit to N high school in Jiangsu province to explore the specific situation of English micro-lecture implementation and evaluation,and selects the school's pre-class,in-class and after-class to consolidate three types of English micro-lecture cases and analyses their effects,from the general to the specific to consider the practical operation of the situation,in order to put forward the overall optimizable recommendations.Finally,for the reflection and prospect of high school English micro-lecture teaching,the paper puts forward the limitations of the implementation of English teaching in high school under the examination-oriented education,the comprehensive consideration and trade-off between the micro-class teaching and the traditional teaching,and the social concern and worry.Micro-lecture application in high school English teaching needs to rely on the bottom-up to promote the formation of a good atmosphere,micro-class teaching resources to optimize the allocation of resources,and the construction of the high school English micro-lecture platform.
