Research On Development Strategies Of Vocational Education Promoted By Jilin Provincial Government

Promoting the development of modern vocational education with Jilin characteristics can integrate the human resources of Jilin Province and give play to its advantages to further enhance the real economic strength of Jilin Province,which is of great strategic significance for the sustainable and stable development of social economy and the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China during the “13th five-year plan”period of Jilin Province.Jilin provincial government has a heavy responsibility to promote the development of vocational education in Jilin Province.This paper focus on the vocational education governance of Jilin provincial government.In recent years,Jilin provincial government has made a series of remarkable achievements in vocational education governance,which mainly shows that the vocational education system is increasingly improved,the integration of industry and education is continuously deepened,the construction of teachers is steadily promoted,the ability of service development is continuously enhanced,the infrastructure construction is improved,and the vocational education has been lifted out of poverty.And remarkable achievements,however,many problems still exist,in this paper,the integrated use of literature research,social investigation method,comparison method,statistical analysis,summed up the current vocational education management of Jilin Province government laws and regulations of the supervisory ability of the “absence”,the “weak”,“dislocation” of financial investment,organizational role of “offside”,“poor” information technology,these difficulties are contrary to the characteristics of the modernization of vocational education governance by local governments,the generation of these realities trapped beyond mainly because of the government of Jilin Province vocational education management mode of“administrative leading”,governance,supervision system of “traditional”,“one yuan management” of the governance body,management of information technology“mechanized”,its deep-seated reason is because Jilin Province government occupation educates the lack of administrative modernization.In order to solve these problems,this study,from the perspective of governance modernization,proposes the guiding measures to improve the governance of vocational education and promote the development of vocational education of Jilin Province government,namely,the measures to realize the governance modernization from five aspects,so as to help Jilin Province governmentfurther promote the development of vocational education in this province towards the direction of modernization.
