Research On The Practical Dilemma And Breakthrough Path Of Sichuan Badminton Association Governance From The Perspective Of Governance Modernization

Sports Association governance is not only an important part of sports governance in China,but also a difficult point to push forward the modernization of sports governance in China.At present,most of the sports associations in China rely on the government and lack the ability to develop themselves.The Sichuan Badminton Association,as the leader of the badminton movement in Sichuan Province,also has some problems that will affect the future development.Under the background of the modernization of governance advocated by the State,the difficulties in the governance of the Sichuan badminton association are sorted out,it is of great significance to explore ways to improve the governance efficiency of the Association.This paper investigates the current Governance Situation of Sichuan Badminton Association by using the methods of Literature Review,expert interview,qualitative research,etc.,this paper not only analyzes and discusses the practical difficulties of the Sichuan Badminton Association in its governance in terms of system construction,internal work operation and mechanism operation,but also from the perspective of governance modernization,this paper analyzes and probes into its realistic predicament,causes and breakthrough paths.It is found that the current predicament of Sichuan Badminton Association mainly includes: Department function ambiguity,lack of talents,own weak ability,mass service can't meet the requirements,lack of individual member and related member management system;The operation of the financial system is not strict,the supervision system and information disclosure system are imperfect,the implementation is low,the evaluation system is not ideal,the lack of incentive mechanisms.Based on the view of modernization of management,in view of the current predicament of Sichuan Badminton Association,this paper probes into the countermeasures and breakthrough paths for the development of Sichuan Badminton Association,including: Clarifying the functions of departments,issuing policies,absorbing talents,strengthening their own capabilities,improve the quality of Mass Service;broaden the way of overall planning and increase the fund income of the Association;set up the financial expenditure system and carry it out strictly;absorb individual members;widen the way of supervision of the masses and the people inside the association,and introduce relevant protection policies;Improve the disclosure mechanism,the Association Information Transparency,the introduction of third-party professional internal audit,the establishment of incentive system.
