The ARCS model was introduced into the informative teaching and training model in this paper.In order to solve the problems,such as trainees lack of enthusiasm and unclear motivation.We explored model of informative teaching on the basis of motivation stimulation.Hoping to improve the effect of informative teaching.By means of literature research,the necessity of the research on informative teaching was analyzed,and the research background was expounded.The ARCS model,theoretical basis,motivation design process and research status were summarized.The core concepts of informative teaching ability were defined,and the purpose and significance were clarified,as well as research ideas and methods.The current situation of informative teaching and training were surveyed.Affecting factors and trainees' actual needs were analyzed.In order to figure out the existing problems in training,explore the ways to solve the problems and inspire the follow-up research.Classroom teaching and teaching materials in training were analyzed on the basis of ARCS model,from the four dimensions,attention,relevance,self-confidence and satisfaction.Based on the previous sections survey results,the theoretical basis for model construction were elaborated,the elements of model were analyzed,and the informative teaching and training model under ARCS model was constructed.Under the framework of training mode,a comprehensive and practical teaching demonstration and evaluation activity was designed.The four factors of ARCS and motivation strategy were integrated into the design of evaluation program.Results shown that the motivation level of all trainees has been significantly improved.The feasibility and validation of the training model was also tested.
