At present,a new round of college entrance examination reform is being carried out in China.In the new context of reform,the great changes brought about by educational ideas,teaching organization forms and educational methods have impacted teachers’ inherent ideas.Teachers’ emotion is getting more and more attention in the great changes.It is urgent to carry out a comprehensive and in-depth study of teachers’ emotion in China from a variety of scientific perspectives and research methods.The research on Teachers’ emotion in senior high school is of great significance for the orderly development of class-selection system and the comprehensive implementation of the new college entrance examination reform plan in China.Therefore,based on the ecosystem theory,this study uses the interview method to study the teachers’ emotion in the class-selection system of senior high school,presents the current situation of teachers’ emotion in the class-selection system under the background of the new college entrance examination,analyzes the influencing factors of teachers’ emotion formation,and puts forward feasible emotion regulation strategies.Generally speaking,four ecological environment systems are formed with senior high school teachers as the center,including microsystem,mesosystem,exosystem and macrosystem.Chronosystem is different from other systems and runs through the four ecological systems.Different subjects in different systems have different effects on senior high school teachers’ emotions.In the microsystem,students,students’ parents,colleagues and school leaders are the four main subjects that affect teachers’ emotions in the interaction of senior high school teachers.In the mesosystem,the interaction between students and parents,school leaders and colleagues affect teachers’ emotions.Exosystem is the factor that teachers can’t directly contact or make choices.This study presents the emotional state of teachers in three main appearance systems: student source,school environment and school community.The teacher’s emotion in the macrosystem is mainly affected by macro factors such as social and cultural background,ideology and policy reform.Chronosystem runs through microsystem,mesosystem,exosystem and macrosystem.In different periods of education reform,teachers interact with other four systems to produce different emotional experience.The influencing factors of teachers’ emotion are various,including the change of teachers’ educational beliefs and the lack of teaching competence.In addition,school,parents,society,culture and other factors all have a positive or negative impact on Teachers’ emotion in class-selection system.Finally,this study puts forward targeted strategies for teachers’ emotion regulation from three aspects: teachers,senior high school and education administrative departments,in order to establish a coordinated and cooperative ecosystem through multi-party joint efforts,and ensure that teachers have sufficient ability and positive attitude to carry out class-selection system.
