China is a country with a long history of ancient poetry,and students learnancient poetry is one of the important ways to enhance their humanistic quality.However,in the process of teaching and learning,we ignore the status of ancient poetry,which leads us to worry.without a perfect teaching design of ancient poetry,it will be difficult to teach ancient poetry successfully,and it will affect the teaching quality.Therefore,the one of the key factors which affect and restrict the teaching quality of ancient poetry with elementary Chinese teachers is that design of ancient poetry teaching.But there are few systematic study of ability of ancient poetry instructional design.So studying the distribution of the ability of ancient poetry instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers,clarifying the objective reasons,and putting forward some suggestion to improve the ability of elementary Chinese teachers is necessary.On the one hand,it is helpful for elementary Chinese teachers to improve and perfect their ability of ancient poetry instructional design.On the other hand,it can develop the classroom teaching.In order to achieve the goals,this paper uses literature analysis,expert consultation,case analysis and so on,to carry out the following studies.Section one,the Indicator system for testing the ability of ancient poetry instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers.Firstly,clarify the connotation,elements and structure of the ancient poetry instructional design.Besides,clarify the connotation,elements and structure of the ability of ancient poetry instructional design.Finally,draw lessons from the evaluation criteria of the ability of instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers by existing scholars and combine the characteristics of the teaching of ancient poetry,through two rounds of expert group focus interviews,and establish the feasible detection index system.Section two,the process of testing the ability of ancient poetry instructional designof elementary Chinese teachers.Firstly,taking Mianyang Sichuanasan example,choose ancient poetry instructional design of teachers from different region,different stage of schools,different teaching age and different educational background as samples.Secondly,collect data from the sample about the ancient poetry instructional design in the first grade of primary school.Finally,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are combined to analyze and process data.Section three,the multidimensional distribution and discuss of the ability of ancient poetry instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers.According to the Indicator system,analysis the scores of ability of the ability of ancient poetry instructional design by variance analysis.Clarify the distribution pattern of the ability of ancient poetry instructional design and the objective reasons,including school teaching and research activities,self-learning ability,teachers' knowledge level and structure,experience and so on.Section four,the suggestion for Improving the the ability of ancient poetry instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers.Including organize all kinds of teaching and research activities by primary school,Chinese teachers actively improve the ability of self-learning,adhere to the combination of absorption and acceptance,and normal colleges to perfect the teaching design curriculum.Inconclusion,through comparing and analyzing to 162 ancient poetry instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers,it is found that the the ability of ancient poetry instructional design of elementary Chinese teachers is very common and its elements develop diversely.The best performance is the ability of choosing the teaching strategies,followed by the ability of designing blackboard writing,which is more prominent;the second is the ability of designing teaching process,stating teaching goals and analyzing teaching task;the lowest performance is the self-evaluation of teaching design.Specifically,with the use of new curriculum: the ability of analyzing the instructional task is comparatively common,and there are significant differences among the teachers who come from different stage of schools,and who have different teaching age and different educational background;the ability of designing the instructional aim is pretty ordinary,and there are significant differences among the teachers who are form different region,stage of schools,and who have different educational background;the ability of choosing the teaching strategies is comparatively good,and there are no significant differences among the teachers;the ability of designing the teaching process is comparatively ordinary general,and there are significant differences among theteachers;the ability of designing blackboard writing is comparatively good,and there are no significant differences among the teachers;the ability and the score of evaluating the instruction design is lowest,and there are significant differences among the teachers.
