With the rapid development of information technology and new media technology,digital teaching resources are becoming more and more abundant,and educational informatization has become an important trend in the development of basic education.Digital teaching resources are of great importance to both teachers and students.It is beneficial to cultivate students' independent learning ability and innovation ability.Although digital teaching resources have been gradually promoted and applied in most middle schools,it is difficult to accurately evaluate the positive effects and existing problems.Object of the survey of baoding city,is randomly selected 48 eight high school history teachers and 759 students in Hebei province,through the form of questionnaire,collecting the information they need to make the survey data,then via the analysis of professional statistical software,basically found out the application of high school history teaching in the Baoding city digital teaching resources.According to the investigation and analysis,the application of digital teaching resources is faced with a very prominent problem of the contradiction between supply and demand.On the one hand,most students show great interest in digital teaching resources for history teaching in senior high school and show acceptance and support.On the other hand,the competent department of education and the school itself exists bad quality levels in the digital resource construction,lack of network management,poor propaganda,imperfect digital teaching resources incentive mechanism,can provide teachers use and choice of quality problems,such as fewer resources and teachers' education technology theory is too little,the corresponding field ability remains to be strengthen and other issues are more prominent.The full and effective application of digital teaching resources is the theme of the development of The Times,which requires the coordination and cooperation of various relevant links,such as education administrative departments,schools and teachers,to give fully their resource advantages.First of all,give full play to the active role of education administrative departments,improve the construction of resource platform,implement teaching evaluation,carry out teacher training,improve the ability of teacher educationinformation technology,more urgent is to create historical digital teaching resources with local characteristics.Secondly,the schools need to strengthen the construction,management and application of the campus website with the actual construction of the school resource base.Finally,teachers need to teach and learn,from the students' actual situation;Win-win cooperation,with teaching and research activities as the starting point,we constantly promote their own information development and lifelong learning;according to the new course of standard,we need to improve the knowledge of information teaching.The application of digital teaching resources in high school history teaching should be analyzed dialectically.It can be used effectively and reasonably in high school history teaching and can be a booster of teaching activities.On the contrary,in the current situation of uneven quality of teaching resources,it is difficult to guarantee the quality of digital teaching resources,if not screened,it may be difficult to play its due role.
