| As an important part of social work education,social work professional practice has undertaken arduous tasks.In this process,supervisor will play an irreplaceable role.At present,H university adopts the dual supervision model of "institution + college".In order to explore the roles of supervisors in student internship and promote the improvement of professional internship model,the author interviewed a number of internship students from different institutions,institutional supervisors and on-campus supervisors,and carried out a detailed analysis.It is found that different subjects have different understandings of the roles of internship supervisors.The self-expectation of the two kinds of supervisors includes the peers,supervisors,supporters and coordinators,while the expectation of the internship students includes the managers,educators,coordinators and supporters.In practice,the two types of supervisors have the following roles: supervision and management in daily life,education and guidance in service provision,and communication and coordination in conflict resolution.At the same time,there are role ambiguity,role conflict and role interruption deviation from the expected role playing.In view of the reason that causes this kind of role distance,the author analyzes it from the micro,middle and macro levels.At the micro level,the supervisors of both sides is lack of communication,responsibility is not clear,supervision skills and style to be improved;Students do not have adequate understanding,communication skills and improper methods.In the medium level,the cognition of social work and the management system are not perfect enough.The college does not explicitly stipulate the meaning of "internship supervisors",and it is not closely connected with internship institutions due to the shortage of teachers and talents.The macroscopic level involves the difference of specialty orientation,the difference of education environment between China and the West and the factors of system.The author discussed and put forward corresponding suggestions in the hope of improving the internship model of H university. |
