This study investigates the current situation of school management affecting teacher turnover in S county,finds out the concrete manifestation of school management affecting teacher turnover,and puts forward suggestions for improving school management.On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature,such as school governance,school management,teachers' participation in school management,factors affecting the loss of teachers and so on,this paper investigates the current situation of school management in S county.The survey found that these schools generally have the following problems in the process of school management: teachers' heavy daily work tasks and low returns;teachers' distrust of leaders leads to communication barriers between the two sides;management mode pursues high efficiency and lacks humanistic care;teachers' inadequate participation in school management.Based on interviews and personal experience,this paper explores the specific manifestations of the impact of school management on teachers' turnover,mainly as follows: inadequate publicity in schools leads to teachers' little knowledge of school rules;some school leaders lack leadership qualifications and leadership abilities;value orientation that advocates achievement-oriented;lack of humanistic care for teachers;restrictions on teachers' participation in school management lead to teachers' lack.The right to speak is deprived.After analyzing these reasons,the paper finally puts forward that the government should continue to deepen the educational reform,give schools more autonomy,establish and improve the system of teachers' participation in school management,encourage teachers to participate in school management,increase the publicity and interpretation of school rules and regulations,while paying attention to service awareness,and improve theoretical learning by changing the way of principals' selection.Principal'sleadership qualification and leadership ability.
