With the development of the basic education reform,the importance of teachers has become increasingly prominent.The class teacher as an important part of the teachers,their every act and every move is becoming the focus of attention.The development of the nation lies in education,the development of education lies in teachers.Along with the city development,urban high increasing,various contradictions emerge in an endless stream,basic education is the major issues on social development among them.While the class teacher's existence states,not only affects the growth and development of teachers,but also affect the growth and happiness of students,even affects the teaching quality and the success of the education of the whole area.Therefore,we must further concern and pay more attention to the class teacher's existence state of the urban-rural fringe zone primary school.This study selected the entire head teacher of E primary school in Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone as the research object,and reaches the survival state of primary school head teacher in the urban-rural fringe zone through the following four dimensions,basic working conditions,working pressure,quality of life,physical and mental health.First,the author makes some investigation about the basic situation of the research object.Then with the help of the author's personal experience,and moving into their real life,also using the investigation method,to collect the first-hand information,by questionnaire,through interviews,observation,narrative research method etc.to obtain relevant information,and state the living situation of urban primary school teachers.To explore the reasons for affecting the status quo from following three dimensions,the social environment,school conditions,and the teacher's own situations.Finally,the author put forward some ideas and suggestions on the existing problems by combining the contents of the interview,hoping to improve the existence state of primary school head teacher in the urban-rural fringe zone,and trying to improve the teaching quality of basic education.
