| Urbanization is an important strategy of building a well-off society in China,which is the only way to enter the comprehensive modernization.At present,China's agricultural migrant population is showing a trend of moving into cities based on families.Exploring how to give better school education and family education to the children of migrant workers in cities is conducive to improving the quality of family education of migrant workers in cities,improving the educational quality of parents,and enabling their children to get a better educational environment.It is conducive to promoting the integration of migrant workers and their children into the city and becoming new urban citizens.This paper,taking a private migrant elementary school in Kunming as the breakthrough point,study aims to investigate the university students and families,and understanding of family education present situation and existing problems of migrant workers,parents,follow the found problems,analyzing problems and propose solutions,implementation,performance evaluation and reflection,put forward the issue of new processes,targeted in the school to create a series of action research parents school.This action research can be regarded as effective,but there are also a lot of bottlenecks in the development of funds,teachers and so on.Family education is a long-term process,and family education guidance should not be a "sports" action.In the next plan,the author tries to mobilize the advantages of schools and society,form the educational force of sustainable development,make up for the deficiencies in the family education of migrant workers in cities,and jointly promote the healthy growth of students.At the same time,it can also serve as a reference for other similar schools and provide some operational strategies for them.It is also expected that more attention will be paid to the family education of migrant workers in cities from many aspects of society. |
