Teachers' Practical Knowledge Management Research

Legitimate peripheral participation provides theoretical and practical support for teachers' practical knowledge management. We come with up some strategies and tactics approach based on the conception of legitimate peripheral participation. In current, the strategies and tactics approach which based on legitimate peripheral participation is only exist in philosophy morphology, but it not far away to realize and it is a gradual process.
