Teachers' practical knowledge is a kind of tacit knowledge, which teachers participate in education practice and reflect about it under their education values and then make changes based on teaching situation. Action is the essential character of teachers' practical knowledge. The research about teachers' practical knowledge mainly focuses on its relationship with teacher professional development, its relationship with curriculum development and its relationship with teaching. It is very rarely that research teachers' practical knowledge from the perspective of school administration.Actually, there has deeply necessity to research teachers' practical knowledge management from the perspective of school administration. Both theorists and practitioners in education provide views and suggestions about teachers'practical knowledge management. Teachers' practical knowledge management is a necessary component of school knowledge management and a tool for knowledge management and it also can be used as a specific way to promote teachers professional development.Manage teachers'practical knowledge has its feasibility. Theorists'research on teachers' practical knowledge management and school knowledge management provides a theoretical support for the research and also address the premise of this study and legitimacy. Practitioners in school management realizes the importance that teachers' practical knowledge can promote the effectiveness for school management and begin to explore positive and effective management ways. In addition, the desire and pursuit of teacher professional development provide a practice conditions to carry out.The specific method of teachers' practical knowledge management depends on certain conception guide. Legitimate peripheral participation provides theoretical and practical support for teachers' practical knowledge management. We come with up some strategies and tactics approach based on the conception of legitimate peripheral participation. In current, the strategies and tactics approach which based on legitimate peripheral participation is only exist in philosophy morphology, but it not far away to realize and it is a gradual process. It needs the support system of the school culture, institutions technical if we want to realize these strategies and tactics.
