A Dynamic Research On Teaching Anxiety Of Novice Volunteer Chinese Teacher In Thai Kindergarten

In recent years,there was a low-aging tendency of Chinese learners in Thailand.The problem of teaching anxiety among novice volunteer Chinese teacher in Thai Kindergarten is prominent,which influenced teaching and daily life.However,there is a lack of research on the teaching anxiety of novice volunteer Chinese teacher in Thai Kindergarten.The survey object is novice volunteer Chinese teacher in Thai Kindergarten,whose teaching experience within one year.The questionnaires were used to measure the anxiety status of volunteers twice,and to find out the changes in the overall level of anxiety.The interviews were used to analyze the reasons for the significant decrease in the overall level of anxiety.Then,the characteristics of volunteer anxiety were observed from nine dimensions.The interviews were used to analyze the reasons for the significant reduction of teaching anxiety in nine dimensions.The study further counted seven questionnaires with persistently high levels of teaching anxiety,and analyzed the reasons for the persistently high anxiety.In summary,we summarize the following eight reasons for the anxiety of novice volunteer Chinese teacher in Thai Kindergarten: the goal of Chinese children's Chinese teaching is uncertain;the lack of Thai children's Chinese textbooks;the lack of knowledge of Chinese teaching in children;Insufficient accumulation of cross-cultural knowledge;new environment brings uncertainty;organizational units have not conducted targeted professional training;organizational units are not in place for volunteers' psychological counseling.At the end of the thesis,according to the reasons for the anxiety of novice volunteer Chinese teacher in Thai Kindergarten,suggestions for relieving anxiety have been proposed from the teacher individual level and the organizational unit level.
