This paper studies the problems faced by enterprise unions since the reform of economic system,the reforms and development exploration for adapting to the current system,and the difficulties and solutions faced in this process.From the perspective of social work,this paper analyses the shortcomings of the reforms of current enterprise union,and the reform direction is considered.It also proposes that we should explore service-oriented enterprise unions that incorporate EAP methods and technologies that embody the idea of corporate social work.The emergence of Employee Assistance Program(EAP)has brought a dawn to the reform of enterprise unions.It can be used as a systematic and long-term welfare service rooted in enterprises and provided to employees.The author tries to study the way to improve the efficiency of enterprise unions in China,thus localize and unionize EAP,build efficient enterprise service system and change the rigid enterprise union operation mode.Firstly,this paper analyses the necessity of introducing EAP methods and technologies into enterprise union work.Based on cognitive behavior theory,ecosystem theory,Hawthorne experiment,interpersonal relationship school and crisis intervention theory,this paper discusses the five value embodiments of EAP and the function of being introduced into enterprise union work.Then,this paper discusses the intervention points of enterprise unions' work by using EAP working method.Through practice,the problems and reasons faced by contemporary enterprise unions were found,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of enterprise union work were analyzed.In this paper,the development path of enterprise unions has been explored actively,and the EAP service system based on enterprise unions and multi-department linkage has been constructed.It has perfected and enriched the working methods and management mode of enterprise unions,greatly expanded the functions of enterprise unions,optimized the service level and communication efficiency of enterprise unions,broken the inherent rigid administrative working mode of enterprise unions,and shaped trade unions' good image of being close to the people,and a service-oriented enterprise union full of humanistic care has been created.The organic combination exploration of enterprise union,EAP and enterprise organizations has achieved good results,which proves the feasibility of incorporating EAP methods and technologies into enterprise unions and enterprises,and also provides useful reference for future research.
