The typical characteristic of peasant workers' mobility in the new era is their integration into the city. After experiencing the "pains" of confronting the old system in the process of peasant workers' mobility, the new system and policies are also creating conditions for peasant workers' integration into urban society. Therefore,it is still of epochal significance to study the integration into urban society of peasant workers. In the study of the influencing factors of peasant workers' into urban society,we find that many resources are embedded in their work and life network, which provides various support for their integration into the city. However, the western Social capital theory fits the national conditions of China's relationship society. Therefore, this paper takes the social capital theory as a research tool, through the observation of the daily work and life of W community container transporters in the city, systematically analyses the operation mechanism of social capital in each stage of integration into urban society and the internal logic of peasant workers' urban integration, and puts forward relevant suggestions for problems of peasant workers' urban integration.Through the observation and study of the urban life practice of container transports research, peasant workers' integration into urban society is divided into three phases:1.At the initial stage of peasant workers' entering the city, the primary relationship capital affected their decision-making,and provided various support for their initial employment and life, which makes them experience a difficult period of adaptation in unfamiliar cities.2.With the increasing demand for survival and development, the resources embedded in the original network have been difficult to meet the demand of individuals moving upward.Based on the rational choice,on the one hand, peasant workers actively maintain the original network; On the other hand, new networks have begun to develop, such as "fellow-townsman",job-related groups and network community,to obtain more developmental resources and improve the quality of life in the city, and made "rooted city" become a reality.3.With the gradual deepening of peasant workers' integration into the city, resource support from the organization and society and institutional guarantee provided by the government are important for peasant workers to rooted city.On the basis, the author expounds the problems and the reasons for the integration of migrant workers from three aspects: the contradiction between the old and new relationship networks, the inadequacy of social participation, and the conflict between rights and norms. It also puts forward measures such as increasing resources channels, improving the mechanism of social capital cultivation, building the urban integration guarantee mechanism, and transformation of scientific management mode,to solve the problems encountered by peasant workers in the process of urban integration, enhance the sense of access of migrant workers in the city, and realize urbanization of peasant workers.
