Case Work Intervention Research On Rural Families' Poverty Alleviation Of Poverty Caused By Illness

By the end of 2018,the number of rural poor is 16.6 million,the proportion of people who are impoverished due to illness is still as high as 42%.But among the existing poor population,The characteristic of "difficult to get rid of poverty and easy to return to poverty" makes it "a hard nut to crack" in the poverty alleviation work.Social work adheres to the concept of " Help people to help themselves",use professional working methods,differentiated and targeted treat the needs of poor groups,play an increasingly important role in helping the poor.In this paper,questionnaire survey and field visit are adopted at first,to understand the basic characteristics and main problems of poor families in wanfa town,lishu county,from the physical,skill,psychological,economic and other aspects in this paper.This study is based on the Reinforcement theory and Social Support theory,intervene in a poor family caused by illness in L village,wanfa town,lishu county through the method of case work.Try to help them out of poverty through professional social work methods.On this basis,the case work is used to intervene in families with poverty caused by illness,and the basic steps of the case work are followed to promote the implementation step by step,link the family of the client with the network of surrounding resources,enhance the ability of the client,enjoy due rights,develop family production,and finally get rid of poverty basically.The study hope to solve their family crisis at the same time,to achieve beneficial exploration of social work in targeted poverty alleviation.The evaluation was carried out centering on the realization of goals,the change of service objects,the application of social worker skills,etc.so as to reflect on the existing problems in this study.Finally,three suggestions are made for the application of social work methods to poor families:linking relief policy and alleviating family economic difficulties;Explore the surrounding resources and build a social support networks;Coalition government and society,cultivate professional social talent team...
