Case Work Involved In The Improvement Of Poverty Alleviation Capacity

Since the eighteen Party’s Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has stood at the strategic height of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great dream of the great rejuvenation of China.He has put the key to poverty eradication to the prominent position of governing the country and the government.He has put forward a series of new ideas and new viewpoints,made a series of new decisions and new arrangements,and pushed China’s poverty alleviation cause to achieve great success.To build a well-off society in an all-round way and achieve the first centenary goal,it is a landmark indicator for all the rural poor to get rid of poverty.For this problem,among the poor groups in rural areas,many disabled people are unable to engage in physical and mental work due to physical defects,low level of education,and imperfect relevant policies,which seriously affects the living standards of disabled people,and makes disabled people a group with the deepest poverty level and greater difficulty in poverty alleviation in China.It is also the focus and difficulty of our poverty alleviation work.The concept of social work is to help people to help themselves,stimulate the potential of the poor disabled,correctly assess the degree of difficulty of the poor households,so as to scientifically formulate poverty alleviation programs,carry out case work,give full play to the professional advantages of social work,link social resources,mobilize social forces,mobilize the enthusiasm of the poor households,and help the poor households to establish a social support system To help them build up their self-confidence in poverty alleviation,improve their ability of independent poverty alleviation,and finally lift the poor people out of poverty completely.This paper uses the commonly used advantage perspective and the theory of energy increase in social work,and through the case work method to intervene in the practical cases of the poor groups,summarizes the problems and suggestions of the poor people’s ability tolift themselves out of poverty,which not only explores a new direction for poverty alleviation,but also provides a reference for the social work profession to intervene in the field of poverty alleviation.
