With the rapid development of global economy,all-round exchanges between countries need "bilingual professionals." In the context of emphasizing the establishment of internationally renowned universities,all English major courses have become the focus of education reform in various universities.Under the influence of the educational needs and the teaching environment,the focus of the education community is to explore the teaching modes that are applicable to the actual situation in Chinese universities and to the characteristics of all English professional courses.In this process,how to make use of the advantages of “SPOC+ flipping classroom” as a new teaching method to make up for the lack of traditional education is a meaningful study.This thesis first sorts out the development status and research hotspots of the overturning course and SPOC,sums up the problems and deficiencies existing in English teaching in all professional classes in China,and based on this,puts forward the countermeasures for English teaching in the flipping class based on SPOC.Design SPOC+ flip classroom teaching mode.Secondly,through the research and analysis of the teaching theory,it obtains the guiding significance for the construction of the SPOC platform,summarizes the construction principles of the network teaching platform and the mobile teaching platform,and does the preliminary preparation work for the construction of the SPOC platform.Finally,the third-year undergraduate students of computer science and technology at the Tianjin University of Education were the subjects of study.Based on the SPOC+ flip classroom teaching model,the chapters of "Deadlock" and "Synchronous Exclusion" in the "Principles of Operating System" were selected.At the end of the course,the effectiveness of the application was tested through questionnaires and interviews.The results show that teachers and students have a high degree of recognition of using “SPOC+ flipping classroom” teaching model in English professional course,and achieve the goal of optimizing classroom teaching results.According to the feedback obtained from educational practice,the author constantly improves theteaching model,hoping to provide reference for specialized course teaching in English in all fields.
