The ten-year development plan of educational informatization(2011-2020)points out that the information technology is used to carry out heuristic,inquiry,discussion and participatory teaching,to encourage developmental evaluation,to explore the establishment of a learner-centered teaching model,to advocate network inter-school collaborative learning,and to improve the level of information-based teaching.In this educational background,the rapid development of educational information,online courses as a new teaching form gradually popularized.Moocs(massive open online courses),a large-scale and resource-rich online teaching model,are enthusiastically pursued by scholars and educators at home and abroad.However,with the increasing use of moocs by learners,many shortcomings of moocs are gradually emerging.Then SPOC(small-scale restricted online courses)emerged to better exploit the advantages of moocs and make up for the shortcomings of moocs.SPOC's time has come.The main purpose of this study is through the design based on SPOC flip new teaching pattern and traditional classroom teaching mode and apply to the table tennis competition referee theory and the method of comparing the practice of teaching and the teaching effect,but also through the teaching practice results put forward the new teaching model of optimization and improvement opinion,build a more suitable for sports college table tennis competition referee theory and method of a new type of teaching mode.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method and the teaching experiment method and the table tennis competition referee theory and method,for example,design a set of relatively complete flip new classroom teaching mode based on SPOC,then choose two groups of students with different teaching mode in teaching,compared the application research.Through the analysis of relevant experimental data,the conclusions are as follows:(1)the role of teachers in the new teaching mode based on SPOC is to guide and promote,rather than the traditional mode of indoctrination teaching.Students are no longer passive to accept knowledge,but actively and autonomously to acquire knowledge,which is more firmly mastered.(2)it was found that the overall learning effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group;By comparing the actual learning time of students in the two modes,the control class was more than 199 minutes longer than the experimental class,indicating that the learning effect of students in the new flipped classroom teaching mode based on SPOC was more significant.The students' performance score was far better than that of the control group,indicating that the new teaching model of flipped classroom based on SPOC can stimulate students' learning enthusiasm.(3)the comparison shows that the problem solving ability of students in the experimental class and the control class does not change significantly,indicating that the new teaching model based on SPOC flipped classroom does not significantly improve the problem solving ability of students.However,compared with the control group,students in the experimental group have a better learning attitude and satisfaction with the teaching mode,indicating that the new flipped classroom teaching mode based on SPOC can improve students' learning attitude and satisfaction.(4)through the analysis of teaching experiments,student questionnaires and teacher interviews,it is concluded that the new flipped classroom teaching model based on SPOC has many advantages,such as not only activating the classroom learning atmosphere,but also improving students' sense of teamwork.At the same time,there are some areas that need further improvement,such as the quality of online learning,the quality of online problems,and the quality of in-class teaching during the internalization week.
