Today,our country is closer,more confident,and more capable than ever before of making the goal of national rejuvenation.Correspondingly,our country is also eager for talents at any time in history.Talent training depends on first-rate education,so that first-class talents can build a first-class country.Therefore,there are higher requirements than at any time in history to fully explore the potential of science and technology human resources in universities,and realize the high-level goals of personnel training.The meaning of science and technology human resources in universities refers mainly to university teachers,students,and science and technology service departments and their personnel.University teachers are the core subjects of science and technology human resources in universities.Their quantity and quality determine the vitality and development level of universities,and are important support for the realization of universities to serve the society.Therefore,the research object of this paper focuses on the development and construction of university teachers.This paper attempts to use the "actor network theory"(hereinafter abbreviated as ANT)in the sociology of science to explore how to improve the contribution of university scientific and technological human resources to talent cultivation in the era of economic globalization and talents internationalization.First,based on the general symmetry principle of actor network theory,this paper analyzes the function and influence of the previous reforms of universities in China on the development of science and technology human resources in universities.Second,based on the classification method of human and non-human factors in ANT,this paper puts forward two kinds of factors: "positive actor" and "passive actor".It also tries to construct the "positive actor network" and "passive actor network" in the network of scientific and technological human resource actors in universities.The third is based on ANT about the separation between subject and object,analyzing the reality of the development of science and technology human resources in Chinese universities,and pointing out the problems,causes,and obligatory passage point(OPP)of different actors in the development of science and technology human resources in Chinese universities.Finally,give suggestions on the optimization of activist networks for the development of science and technology human resources in universities in China.Based on the above-mentioned studies,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The changes in the main body and structure of the actor network in the development of scientific and technological human resources in our universities affect thedevelopment of scientific and technological human resources.2.The actors' factors play an important role in the development of science and technology human resources in universities.3.The development of science and technology human resources in universities is the result of the joint action of actors in different periods.
