Research On The Construction Of Teaching Staff In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of "Double First-class"

Under the background of"Double First-class" construction,colleges and universities adjust their strategic plans actively,optimize continuously their internal structures and seek rapid development.The state has promulgated many policies and plans on the construction of"Double First-class"institutions of higher learning,aiming at strengthening the guidance for the construction of"Double First-class"institutions of higher learning.The"Double First-class"institutions of higher learning are supported by a large amount of funds,and the education funds are also increasing year by year.As the central content of the strategic development plan of colleges and universities,the construction plan of college teachers is an important part of colleges and universities,it bears the heavy responsibility of the construction of colleges and universities,determines the direction of colleges and universities future development,and it is a strong driving force for the continuous development of colleges and universities.Based on this,this research conforms to the development trend of"Double First-class"construction,the research object is Y university,and conducts in-depth research on Y university based on human capital theory and incentive theory.First of all,it outlines the situation of teachers in Y university,including the number and structure of teachers,and makes in-depth comparison with other first-class universities to find out the gap with other universities.Secondly,it expounds the present situation of the construction of the teaching staff of Y University,affirms the achievements of teacher team construction in Y university,and finds out the existing problems for analysis.Thirdly,the experience of teaching staff construction in some first-class universities at home and abroad is sorted out to provide factual basis for this research.Finally,some pertinent suggestions are put forward for the construction of teaching staff in Y university:The first is to optimize the structure of the teaching staff;the second is to speed up the introduction and training of high-level talents;the third is to train teachers'international vision;the fourth is to improve the teacher training mechanism;the fifth is to improve the teacher incentive mechanism.This paper studies Y university,hoping to help Y university build a first-class faculty and inspire the construction of faculty in local universities and promote the development of local universities.
