Since 18 th CPC National Congress,it has become an important target and action to promote public entrepreneurship of "13th Five-Year" plan.In the new development state of economy,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to entrepreneurship education,It is a new teaching concept and mode born to meet the needs of economic and social development and has been gradually upgraded to the level of national development strategy.In the developed countries such as Europe and the United States,entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has a history of several decades,and explored a complete training program in practice with a relatively complete facilities.But the current development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities of China is still in preliminary stage.Such as the weak foundation,the shortage of deep understanding of entrepreneurship education management,the problems lied in the concept of training,discipline construction,practice training and so on.Reform is urgently needed to enhance the level of entrepreneurship education.Weifang University of Science and Technology is located in Shandong Province Weifang city,was not upgraded to full-time undergraduate university until 2008.In the context of the classification of colleges and universities,entrepreneurship education has become an important way to enhance the competitiveness of Weifang University of Science and Technology.As the brand of higher education in Weifang city,Weifang University of Science and Technology has kept a rapid development momentum in recent years.It has created a new road with WeiKe characteristics by incorporating the entrepreneurship education into the personnel training system in the development of university.In this paper,the writer analyses the current development of entrepreneurship education in Weifang University of Science and Technology through the perspective of organizational change by its case study on the basis of McKinsey 7S theory.Through interviews with students,teachers and administrators,the writer summarizes the problems lied and explores the specific reasons.Besides,learning from other universities' experience,the writer also put forward some strategies and thoughts to develop entrepreneurial culture further such as the clear statement of the entrepreneurial talents training strategy,the development of entrepreneurial campus culture and the deepening of entrepreneurial concept in the curriculum system,teachers team construction,integration of external resources and so on.The writer hopes all these measures will provide useful guidance for training entrepreneurial talents in Weifang University of Science and Technology,alleviate the employment pressure and promote the sustainable development of local economy.
