In recent years,with the deepening of the national education reform and a series of development plan of education aspect,our country's higher education has been the opportunity of rapid development,especially since the "law of the people and promote"after,private colleges have mushroomed in our country,its relatively strong momentum of development,at the same time it also faces many challenges.Private colleges in the social market full of fierce competition in the present core competence,should be in constant exploration and practice in the process of make full use of resources,to seek true,full of connotation of suitable for their own development path.As a strategic resource,human resources plays an important role in the development of private colleges and universities,especially in the higher education,which often plays a decisive role.At the same time,in order to achieve sustainable development,the optimization and allocation of human capital is very important from the perspective of human resources,which can maintain the stability of private colleges and universities to some extent.In private colleges,however,when it comes to human resources,when it comes to teaching quality,when it comes to school development,people always focused attention on the teacher,in the long term,in the field of theory study or work practice,ordinary private colleges has certain neglect on the counselor team.Through the survey found that not only widely exist for misunderstanding counselor role and work,even if the counselor's own often will be affected by many factors and reduce their working enthusiasm,for example,they generally believe that their own pressure,low salary,these will also greatly reduce their perception of his own career,to produce outstanding problem is run by the local college counselors turnover rate is higher.Some people only will the counselor work as their own "springboard" or temporary excessive,tend to produce "in cao cao heart in han" feeling,once have better jobs and leave at once.This situation has a serious impact on the development of schools and education quality,which must be highly regarded.This paper is divided into seven parts,first based on the analysis of the background and significance of this subject,and then,based on the summary of relevant studies at home and abroad,to prepare for the research.Starting from the third part on the basis of existing research results,in a case study of Hainan Technology And Business College of industry and commerce,first elaborated the connotation of the concept of private universities,counselor,counselor erosion,and generalizes the related theory to human resource.Then uses the questionnaire survey method,interview method to obtain institute,this problem for industry and'commerce of Hainan Technology And Business College counselor erosion is analyzed,and then sums up the main four aspects:the existing human resources management concept is relatively backward,the effective incentive mechanism can not meet the requirements,not ideal work environment,career development space is narrow.Finally,based on the theory of human resources,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for college counselors' loss.Finally,the conclusion is summarized in the conclusion.
