Private colleges and universities are the exploration and innovation of the mode and system of running higher education in China under the current educational situation.The counselors of private colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of contemporary college students'ideological and political education,and they are also the best guide for college students to pilot.In recent years,the management system of counselors in private colleges has presented many problems.As a result,the problem of the loss of counselors has become increasingly prominent,which has also had a certain impact on the future stability of private colleges.Therefore,the in-depth study on the loss of counsellors in private colleges and universities will provide a clearer direction for the planning of human resources in private colleges and universities,which will make the counselor team system more stable and will also help promote the ideological and political education of college students.It can effectively improve the overall quality of the counselor team,have guiding significance for its personal career development vision,and more scientifically help the private colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality college students.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the background and significance of the research.It summarizes the current domestic and international literature,puts forward the content and methods of the research,and analyzes the innovation and inadequacies of the research.The second chapter is the basic concepts and theories of research.It expounds the concept of the loss of private colleges,counselors and counselors,and uses human capital theory,fairness theory,expectation theory,Maslow's hierarchy theory and basic theory of employee mobility.The root cause of the problem analysis from multiple angles;the third chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the loss of counselors in Zhengzhou Business School and the interviews with other brothers and universities;the fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the loss of counselors in private colleges,mainly in private The factors of the college's own factors,the growth of counselors,and the factors of students are analyzed.The fifth chapter puts forward the prevention strategies for the loss of counselors in private colleges.Only with the needs of counselors as the starting point,starting from policy guidance,system guarantee,incentive mechanism,training plan and career development,can we ensure that the team of private college counselors can develop with high quality and stability,and manage this branch more scientifically and efficiently.The team will realize the standardized management of the tutors of private colleges and universities,and it is expected to provide theoretical and practical basis for the long-term development of private colleges.
