| The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization has attracted a large number of surplus rural labor to seek job opportunities in cities,and young people who went out of the countryside through education have settled in cities.Influenced by the traditional Chinese filial piety culture and constrained by the realistic needs of grandchildren to take care of,their parents actively or passively follow their children to live in the city,and the new group of "immigrant elderly" emerges at the historic moment.Faced with the unfamiliar community environment,the immigrant elderly face a series of difficulties in the process of community adaptation and integration.Aiming at this special group,social workers should use professional social work theories and methods to provide services,alleviate their social communication problems in the process of moving,meet their social communication needs,improve the ability of social communication to integrate into the community.Xi’an,relying on its superior geographical position and strong development momentum,has become a dream city for the floating population in the surrounding areas,and the immigrant elderly groups in xi ’an have gradually entered the sight of social workers.This paper firstly sorts out and compares the domestic and foreign literatures about the social communication of the elderly following the move through the literature research method to understand the research status of this topic.Then based on H community,community with typical significance in H trailing old man W as the research object,uses the method of case work related,through interviews and observation of insight director first social issues,including the director and of the problems of communication between family members,director with the original social relations network communication problems,director with the community interaction and egotism and community organizations and personnel exchanges.After system comprehensive analysis on the cause of the problem,the director of social interaction factors including director own existence social psychological barriers,to family relationships is not reasonable belief,with the original social relations network distance and difficulties to the new communications equipment,lack of the trailing in the community,the old man group communication channels,crowding out of local residents,and ignore the six aspects of community organization and staff.Clear director after cause social problem,and causes for each problem set specific objectives and service plan,choose corresponding intervention strategies and plans,7 times through the work to the professional services of egotism,respectively,using the method of psychological counseling,rational emotional therapy,family conversation method,group work and community activities and mobilize the power of the community level to intervention of egotism,help the director to improve their social status,improve social communication ability,expand the scope of social interaction.After the end of the service,the service will be comprehensively evaluated through process evaluation and result evaluation.Finally,the paper summarizes and reflects on the whole process of case service,deeply reflects on social workers themselves,practical processes and research topics,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.This study is dedicated to helping the migrant elders out of the social communication dilemma by using the method of case work.Through this study,it has confirmed the possibility of applying case work to this topic,which will also provide references for the research and practice in this field in both theoretical and practical aspects. |
